Masson has over 20 years of experience in industrial sales, business development, and client management across the Gulf Coast. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, he brings a technical, solution-oriented approach to customers’ repair and maintenance needs.
Industrial Experience & Regional Focus:
Masson’s career has been centered on the refineries and petrochemical plants throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. His background includes
1) Rotating Equipment & Process Units: Hands-on experience with air/gas compressors, heat exchangers, and industrial process units.
2) Turnaround & Maintenance Planning: Direct coordination with engineering groups and maintenance planners at major regional facilities.
3) Distribution & Manufacturing: A history of managing manufacturer relationships and industrial distribution networks.
Strengthening Client Relationships:
Working under the leadership of Commercial Director Alec Devall, Masson will focus on strengthening client relationships and delivering high-precision machining solutions. His hands-on experience in industrial repair aligns perfectly with BR Machine’s mission: providing the highest quality machining and the fastest turnaround times for the region’s most critical facilities.
