December 2025 | Milwaukee, WI – In-Place Machine Company, LLC (IPM), a globally recognized leader in precision on-site machining and engineering solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of On The Road Machining Ltd. (OTR Machining) of Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada. This acquisition supports IPM’s continued strategic growth initiative to expand field machining capabilities and strengthen its presence throughout North America.

A trusted provider of in-situ machining services, OTR Machining brings a strong customer base, skilled field machinists, and a solid reputation for responsiveness and reliability, adding valuable regional support to IPM’s growing Machining Services Division, which also includes Western Machine Works in Portland, OR, and BR Machine in Baton Rouge, LA.
